Monday Pizza Party
Monday night is Pizza Night- Bellisimo! Everyone gathers in the courtyard at 8pm for hours of pizza fun. We use our outdoor wood-fired pizza oven to bake homemade pizzas for everyone who signs up. For just €5 people can enjoy slice after slice of fresh wood-fired pizza, whilst meeting your fellow hostel guests and getting to know your hosts. A great, relaxed night that continues until everyone is full and contented and can't possibly face another slice!

Wednesday BBQ Night
Wednesday is the night we fire up the barbie and invite guests to join us in a balmy summer evening BBQ. Most people don't feel like cooking every night, so on BBQ night leave the cooking to us and we'll provide 100% beef burgers, kebabs, local sausages, fresh bread rolls and potatoes- all for only €5. Meet other guests and mingle in the courtyard and bar as we prepare a feast for everyone to enjoy.

Friday Night Bar Crawl
On Fridays let us escort you on a tour of Figueria da Foz's best nightlife. We kick things off at 10.30pm in the bar where everyone can partake in an hour of free drinking (beer &wine) to get in the mood for an evening on the town. We provide take-away pizza from Claudio's, the best pizza place in town, to accompany the drinks and at 11.30 it is time to hit the town. We'll take you to at least three great bars, where you'll get free drinks and then we'll show you where to go onto if you fancy continuing the party. Bars get busy at around midnight in Figueira da Foz and clubs don't get started until 4am so make sure you're prepared for a late one- there's nothing quite like seeing the sunrise when you're on your way home...
You will get a Paintshop Hostel T-shirt as a souvenir of the crawl to remind you of the good times... The bar crawl is just €20- not bad for a big night out!

SingStar in the Bar
After a few drinks nothing seems like a better idea than belting out some tunes into a microphone- well that's what we think anyway! After a nervous start, people are usually fighting to be the next to sing. With a song selection spanning MC Hammer to Queen- there's something for everyone. We've had professional singers squaring up against the most amateurish of amateurs (us included!) and you'd be surprised at the results! There's even the option to record voices and performances for those who are feeling particularly confident.
SingStar isn't held on a particular night, if you want to have a go then just ask (if we haven't already started!).
