The Paintshop Hostel Bar in Figueira da Foz

Newly opened in 2007, the Paintshop Hostel bar is a great place to kick back and relax with a few beers or to rev up for a night of partying. Now open during the day serving fresh filter coffees, smoothies and toasted sandwiches it’s the ideal place to re-fuel, banish that hangover and meet your fellow guests.

The Paintshop Bar is fully stocked offering Portuguese Superbock beer on tap, as well as bottled beers, local wines, Port, spirits, liquors and cocktails. We’ve always got music playing, surfing videos showing and cable TV so we can show the Euro 2008 Championships, for those countries who have qualified!

On warm evenings you might like to take your drinks out of the bar and sit in our courtyard where you can try your hand (or balance!) on our indo board and impress everyone with your moves. This is where we serve our famous BBQs on Wednesday nights, or any other evenings if you request it! We are happy to fire up the Barbie and serve you a great value feast of chicken or sardines, rolls, salad and risotto for only €5.
